Return & Refund Policy - Zemen Toys

At Zemen Toys, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges to protect our customers and maintain transparency.

1. General Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for most items purchased from Zemen Toys. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, provided it is in unused and resellable condition in its original packaging.

  • Return Process:
    • Contact us at info@zementoys.com to initiate a return request.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be shipped back at their expense.
    • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund as store credit.

2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, we will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt. However, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and in resellable condition
  • Packaged in the original box with all materials intact.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once your return is approved and received, we will provide store credit for future purchases.

3. Warranty Returns

If you encounter any issues with your product due to defects, Zemen Toys offers a 90-day warranty for eligible items.

  • To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@zementoys.com.
  • Customers will be required to cover the initial shipping cost, but once your claim is confirmed, we will refund the shipping charges.
  • Once your claim is validated, you can choose between:
    • A refund to your payment method
    • Store credit
    • A replacement product (subject to availability)

4. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Damaged Parcels: If your parcel is damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If the item was delivered without your presence, please get in touch for further instructions.
  • Lost Parcels: In the event your parcel is lost, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. Once confirmed, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items, including personalized or customized products, final sale items, or digital downloads, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit or in rare cases, a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
